This article aims to explain the diversity in concept of Islam Bangka Island which consists tolerance values, equality democracy and justice values. As for internalizing value on Island, it includes four cultures, namely, religious culture, scientific social political culture. Meanwhile, pesantren's strategy maintaining is absence dichotomy education, no ethnic cultural exclusivity, teaching moderate understanding, instilling a sense love motherland, opportunities women develop intellectual power an equal footing with men.
